Divided into easy to digest sections, it outlines the process of why the Skills for Life program is important, how to implement it, and also how to tailor it to fit your own needs. The supporting videos interspersed between the sections really help to explain and give context to each area and the downloadable content is bite sized. This allows for the program to be completely customised without having to download and sift through reams of information, just for the bit that is relevant. I would thoroughly recommend this course and program to anyone working with children, be it martial arts or otherwise.
